Our community has a Property Owners Association (POA) that includes yearly dues.

When purchasing property, you become a member of our Association and  are responsible for payment of the dues and assessments pertaining to your property.

DUES ARE NOT VOLUNTARY

The purpose of the Orchard Heights Property Owners Association is to manage common spaces, protect property values, and promote the mutual interest of all the members for the further improvement of our community for all members.
