February Meeting Notice & UPDATE

2026 Assessment letters were mailed in December to all members

and are due by February 28th without late fees.

The next regular monthly Board of Directors meeting will take place on

Monday, February 16, 2025, 6pm

at the McHenry Public Library, Meeting Rm. 136, 809 Front St, McHenry.

Regular/monthly board meetings are open to all members.

This is a business meeting and, if time permits, there will be a homeowner forum.

The purpose of the Association is to manage common spaces, to promote and protect the mutual interest of all members for the further improvement of our community. Association members are responsible for annual assessments.
