January Update & Meeting Notice

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026

The Board appreciates your continued support as we work to

Address the needs of our community.

2026 Assessment letters were mailed to members and are due by February 28th without late fees.

The community interest survey is going well. We ask for your input to provide feedback, letting us know

what is important to you, so that we can work to build a strong neighborhood.

Surveys are due by January 31st.

The next regular monthly Board of Directors meeting will take place on

Wednesday, February 18, 2025, 6pm

at the McHenry Public Library, 809 Front St, McHenry.

Regular/monthly board meetings, as required, are open to all members.

This is a business meeting and, if time permits, there will be a homeowner forum.

When purchasing your property, you become a member of our community and the Orchard Heights Property Owners Association (POA)

The purpose of the Association is to manage common spaces, to promote and protect the mutual interest of all members for the further improvement of our community. Association members are responsible for annual assessments.
