FALL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Saturday, November 7, 2026

Meeting notices have been mailed in accordance with the governing documents

and include a copy of the proposed 2027 Budget, Special Meeting notice

to consider the sale of association-owned property, Absentee ballots

and/or member account statements.

If you cannot attend the meeting and have questions — please email them

to the Board to be added to the community conversation.

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on

Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:00pm

at the Nunda Township Supervisors Office

3420 Bay Rd, Crystal Lake, IL

(Note- this is not the main hall, it is the building up the hill to the left,

with separate driveway - follow signs to the Supervisor's Office)

Member requests must be put in writing to the Board of Directors.
