BOARD OF DIRECTORS OCTOBER UPDATE & MEETING NOTICE

The new board is fully committed to transparency, accountability, and open communication.

We understand that many members are eager for answers regarding community finances, projects, and policies.

We have taken time to complete board training and education to make certain

We understand our fiduciary responsibilities.

At this time, we are still in the process of reviewing all records, contracts, and prior board decisions to

Ensure that the information we share is accurate and complete.

We ask for your patience as we complete this review. While we may not have all the answers immediately,

We are actively working to organize and verify the necessary details.


Our first board meeting will take place on

Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 6pm at the McHenry Public Library, Conference Rm 126, 809 Front St, McHenry.

We plan to host regular/monthly board meetings, as required, to be open to all members. This is a business meeting and, if time permits, there will be a homeowner forum.

We are working towards the feasibility of the Fall membership meeting, possible in November/December.

Our goal is to be able to provide a full update to the community as soon as possible.

The purpose of the Association is to manage common spaces, to promote and protect the mutual interest of all members for the further improvement of our community.
Association members are responsible for annual assessments. These dues are not voluntary.
