NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTED

The meeting successfully elected a new group of volunteers as your Board of Directors:

We would like to thank the members who volunteered to be Election Monitors: Michael Bubb, Jim Griswell and Cyndi Januk

September will be a month of transition and training for the new Board. We appreciate your patience and consideration as we step into

our new positions to serve the community.

Our community has a Property Owners Association (POA) that includes yearly dues. When purchasing your property, you become a member of our Association and you are responsible for payment of the assessed dues pertaining to your property.

DUES ARE NOT VOLUNTARY

The purpose of the Orchard Heights Property Owners Association is to manage common spaces, and promote the mutual interest of all the members for the further improvement of our community for all members.
